She presents herself as a clumsy and sweet teen girl when she isn't working, but when she's on the job, she instantly becomes a cold and efficient killer. The only person who sees through her act is a waitress named Mukai Manatsu, but she does not expose Monaka's secret and becomes Monaka's friend. Monaka is very close to her father, but since her father has been away on a voyage in space, she has to take care of herself. She is voiced by Inoue Marina.
