She is a wealthy girl from Gallia and initially has a snobbish attitude. She especially disdains Miyafuji Yoshika because of her closeness to Sakamoto Mio and for her country bumpkin demeanor. Perrine is in love with Sakamoto who does not notice her affections and becomes jealous of how well Miyafuji gets along with Sakamoto. However, Perrine comes to understand and respect Miyafuji the more time she spends working with her. Miyafuji, in turn, also comes to respect Perrine once she realizes that Perrine is not as wealthy and is much more selfless than she initially seems, she sends the majority of the money she earns to support reconstruction efforts in Gallia. She also spends time taking care of and teaching a group of orphans who are grateful for her care. As she spends more time with the 501st Joint Fighter Wing, Perrine gradually becomes kinder. She uses lightning based magic called Tonnerre which can attack multiple targets at the cost of messing up Perrine's hair. When she uses magic, she gains Chartreux ears and a tail. She is based off of the ace pilot Pierre Clostermann. She is voiced by Sawashiro_Miyuki.
