He is a noble BSAA member who, along with Chris, witnessed the death of their entire team at the hands of 'Ada Wong.' Unlike Chris, Piers seems to dealt with the tragedy more effectively and he becomes a voice of reason for Chris throughout his campaign trying to keep his superior to focus on the mission and not be driven mad with revenge. He originally appeared in the manga Biohazard Marhawa Desire. He is voiced by Chris Emerson.
