It is nude, but lacks private parts perhaps due to its mutation. It has the ability to regenerate from its injuries hence its name regenerator. Because of this ability, they can take a long time to kill though there is a quicker way to defeat them. They also have a loud, raspy breathing that gives the players a warning of their presence.
