Ikamusume and becomes Ikamusume's best friend as well as her first friend outside of the Lemon Beach House. She is a kind and patient girl who gets along very well with Ikamusume. Unlike Ikamusume's relationship with Eiko and Chizuru, Ika virtually never clashes with Kiyomi and the two of them quickly develop a close bond. Kiyomi also becomes the vice president of Ika's invasion club. Despite the name, the club members mostly have fun with each other and visit places like karaoke bars and malls. Although she is mostly unflappable, Kiyomi is very insecure about her small breast size. She is voiced by Kikuchi_Kokoro.
