Claire Redfield protects her while they attempt to escape the zombie-infested Raccoon City. She develops a close relationship with Claire who she sees as an older sister figure. She feels indebted to both Claire and Leon who had both helped her survive Raccoon City and wants to live up to their example. She admits to being a very lonely girl as her parents are more preoccupied with work than spending time with her. Despite her flaws as a parent, Annette Birkin does at least love her daughter. After a long absence, Sherry returns as a grown woman and a government agent in Resident Evil 6. She has been sent to protect Jake Muller who's blood is seen as as valuable. Thanks to a G virus embryo implanted in her, she has minor superhuman powers; namely, the ability to regenerate wounds, even ones that would be fatal for normal humans. She can also wear her outfit from Resident Evil 2 in Resident Evil 6's Mercenaries Mode. Said outfit emphasizes how much she has grown as the outfit has become a bit too small for her. She is voiced by Lisa Yamanaka (Resident Evil 2) and Laura Bailey (Darkside Chronicles), Eden Riegel (Operation Raccoon City and Resident Evil 6), and Eliza Pryor (Resident Evil 2 Remake).
