He is laid-back and cheerful boy who openly proclaims that he wants to make the girls in the council into his harem, but the girls aren't having any of it. Although the girls like to mock him, he is quite successful in charming women in-universe. He is also a major fan of hentai games, though he is often quick to point out that he plays (all ages) versions, which makes him seem like a bigger pervert in the girls' eyes. Nevertheless, they mutually see each other as good friends. Despite his cheerfulness, Ken is often self-sacrificing and has a deeply troubled past. He is voiced by Kondo_Takashi.
