He is the most openly psychotic of the group and often brags about he much loves war and carnage. He believes that war is what really drives the world and he has profited immensely from all the carnage Desperado has wreaked. He is almost always seen with a deranged smile on his face. In the age of cyborg soldiers, he feels that children can be trained to be particularly good soldiers because according to him, children have a more natural propensity for cruelty and therefore it is easier to mold them into killing machines. Although he is a grown man, he believes that he is like a child in his penchant for violence. He uses two large machete blades, put together to resemble scissors, in combat. He also uses a shield that can split apart and be used to hit people. He is voiced by Nishida_Ken (JPN) and Crispin Freeman (ENG).
