She is looking for the next pony that she can make into a superstar and finds Fluttershy to be what she's looking for. She photographs Fluttershy and emphasizes her vulnerable and moe attributes. Every time Fluttershy strikes a confident pose, Photo Finish immediately responds with a terse "No!" causing Fluttershy to revert to a shy expression which is the expression that Photo Finish takes a photo of. The campaign turns out to be highly successful and Fluttershy becomes a supermodel. She is a parody of the editor of the fashion magazine Vogue, Anna Wintour. She is voiced by Tabitha St. Germain.
