She is an upbeat and ambitious teen girl who wants to become a great witch like her idol Shiny Chariot. However, she faces numerous difficulties in achieving this task. One, she does not come from a family of witches like her classmates at Luna Nova Academy do so she lacks the basic skills to be a witch. Namely, she is unable to fly on a broomstick and her magic is subpar. Two, her idol Shiny Chariot is held in low regard by her classmates who believe her to be a fraud and a disgrace to witches. Despite these major setbacks, Akko refuses to give up on her dream or her faith in her idol. Although she lacks magical talent and often makes major decisions without considering the challenges she might face, she has unshakeable determination and passion for being a witch, something that her rival Diana, the top student of Luna Nova, acknowledges and respects. She is friends with Lotte Yansson and Sucy Manbavalan and is the only Japanese student at Luna Nova Academy. She has a cameo in the ending of Uchuu Patrol Luluco She is voiced by Han_Megumi.
