She is one of the supporting characters of Little_Witch_Academia. She is a powerful and skilled witch who is famous for her stage shows which are beloved by audiences and is a Luna Nova Academy alumni who mysteriously disappeared 10 years prior to the main story's beginning. However, she is a controversial figure within the series' universe. While her stage shows captivated many people and directly inspired Akko Kagari to become a witch, many of her fellow witches hold her in low regard believing her to be a fraud and misrepresenting what being a witch is all about. At Luna Nova, Akko is the only person who seems to like her which greatly frustrates Akko. Akko's faith in her proves to be justified as Shiny Chariot is actually a legitimately powerful witch. She has also returned to Luna Nova Academy as a teacher, but she uses magic to disguise herself as the blue-hared and bespectacled astrology Professor Ursula. Nobody else knows that Ursula is actually the famed Shiny Chariot. Diana Cavendish also turns out to be a fellow fan of Shiny Chariot although she denies this. Her theme is a triumphant orchestral piece composed by Oshima Michiru, that also functions as the franchise's main leitmotif. She is voiced by Hidaka_Noriko.
