Twelve is the ultimate humanoid-type weapon developed by Gill's organization. He has a shapeshifting body which is actually a completed version of the prototype body given to Necro, improved and strengthened. Twelve's targets are filled with absolute despair when cornered by him. Twelve has the ability to copy the appearance of his opponent and mimic their abilities. Twelve's objective is to track down Necro and Effie, who are fleeing from the organization.
