Now Viewing: dayTag type: General Day —as opposed to night— is the consecutive period of time during which the Sun is above the horizon of a location, also known as daytime. The use of this tag is usually unnecessary since most images take place during the day or in a context where the distinction between day/night is irrelevant (simple backgrounds, building interiors with no visible windows, etc). Therefore it is more cost-effective to just tag the images which clearly show events happening at night, dawn/sunrise and dusk/sunset.
