初梅 ("First Plum"/"Early Plum")

Hatsuume is an original Kantai_Collection character, not implemented in the game so far. She is the personification of the Imperial_Japanese_Navy destroyer Hatsuume, which was completed on June 18, 1945. On July 6, 1947 it started serving the Republic of China as the Xin_Yang_(Kantai_Collection).
