She is named after a character called Louise from Takemoto Izumi's story Downtown Story; The Attic Serenade (ダウンタウン物語 屋根裏のセレナーデ Dauntaunmonogatari yaneura no serenaade) from the compilation Chotto Commercial (ちょっとコマーシャル). Luize's design shows that she has yellow_eyes, blonde_hair, and wears a white hat with a purple bow. Wears a white dress. Her eyes seems to be closed most of the time. The sprite of Luize on Stage 4 shows that she has red_eyes and blue_hair with a blue bow. She also seems to have a ghostly aura around her.
