A post whose thumbnail is misleading; it looks like one thing at first glance, but something else entirely once viewed in full size.

This is generally for thumbnails that are unintentionally misleading by the artist, not for intentional thumbnail_surprises, optical_illusions, photorealistic images, or sexually_suggestive situations.
