Neyka is a youthful-looking woman with green_eyes, she has light_brown_hair that tied up into ponytail with an aqua hair_ribbon. She is the shortest member of Libra. According to the manga, she is a glutton. In a odd twist, her name had never been given in the Manga, but she commonly appeared with Patrick, with dialog. Her name was actually revealed through the Anime.
