Many of Crimson's doujin have a rape/humiliation angle. Crimson later created non-hentai manga with the most well known being Aoi_Sekai_no_Chuushin_de. Crimson's gender/appearance were unknown for a long time, but Crimson eventually made a public appearance at a 2015 event commemorating the 15th anniversary of Crimson's collaboration with Moody's. At this appearance, Crimson was revealed to be a long haired woman although her face was covered with a mask. On May 13, 2020, she started a Youtube channel and became a virtual_youtuber on May 17 with an avatar designed by herself. Her vtuber appearance is based off of the outfit she wore in her 2015 public appearance sans mask.
