It was released on November 12, 2023 and is a duet with Houshou_Marine and Gawr_Gura. The song and the video are throwbacks to 1980s pop culture. The title song is a city pop song, a genre both Marine and Gura have noted love for and emblematic of 1980s Japanese pop culture, and the video itself is presented in a 4:3 aspect ratio like a many 1980s era TV anime. The video's concept was developed by Marine who also helped animate the video. She was inspired by music videos that had a cute aesthetic and appeared light-hearted and cute before suddenly hitting the viewer with something shocking, an emotion she hoped the video would achieve. The video was animated by Studio_Kai, directed by Takashima Hiroyuki. The video was promoted during 3d concert that premiered the same day as the video's debut. Said concert was also a throwback to the 1980s, featuring the hololive vtubers performing songs from the Showa era of Japan, and hosted by Ookami Mio and Shirakami Fubuki emulating the cadence and speech patterns of variety show hosts of the time. The concert also featured brief animation segments handled by the same team as the Shinkiro video.
The video tells a nostalgic summer time relationship between Marine and Gura. In the video, the former is a girl who has had a fascination with the sea, particularly mermaids, ever since she was a young girl. One day, Marine stumbles upon shark girl Gura and is immediately smitten with her. Marine decides to take her home, and after assuring her that she means her no harm, the two develop a very close relationship, but although the two are getting closer day by day, the day Gura must return to the ocean draws nearer and nearer. . .
The video was a big success, gaining over 1 million views in less than a week.
