As part of promotion for the series, a hour long loop of Koshi_Torako dancing to the anime's opening theme Shikairo Days in front of a deer was uploaded on Youtube, where it became an instant hit, scoring millions of views. The main anime itself has a similar scene that occurs in episode 3, but in the main anime Koshi sings a song about herself and dances in front of the deer, which notably references another memetic dance, the Bully Maguire dance from Spider-Man 3.
