From a young age, she was fascinated with Japanese pop culture, with some of her inspirations including the idol singer group Hello! Project, the game Tales of Symphonia, and the anime/manga Minami-ke. This interest ended up influencing her professional career path. She started learning Japanese, eventually becoming multilingual, fluent in German, English, and Japanese, and gave herself her Japanese stage name, which means Cake Princess because she loves cakes and wanted to be a princess. She started off posting videos online, creating both a Youtube and a Niconico channel, and was one of the few non-Japanese creators to have the latter at the time. Soon afterwards, she moved to Japan to pursue her dream career of being a Japanese idol singer and became part of the girl group Tone Jewel, which was promoted as a group of otaku idols. She was part of the original lineup from 2012 to 2013, and was the sole non-Japanese member, but the original lineup disbanded and in Keekihime's case because of issues concerning her visa that made it difficult for her to do performances. Afterwards, she became a solo entertainer, alternating between producing content while in her home country, and in Japan. She continued her singing career, but this time as a solo net idol, and has made use of her multilingual skills to act as a translator.
