It is the second major role playing hololive event of 2024, following Enigmatic Recollection. Like the previous event, its content consisted of streams that mix character acting/story developments with the usual comedic shenanigans of hololive collabs, using a sandbox video game as a vehicle to facilitate both. Unlike the previous event, it involved every branch of hololive and its story is a chaotic cops vs gangsters saga involving multiple factions. It was also a major success, inspiring numerous new in-jokes and fan art, and earning millions of views.
