It was created by Mucha_(Muchakai) and is set in the same universe as Mucha's previous similarly named and themed manga Chii-chan_Kaihatsu_Nikki. It was adapted into an anime OVA by T-Rex_(Studio). The anime was directed by prolific hentai director Raika Ken and written by Tokku03. The characters were designed by Suzuki_Takato. It follows two main characters: Shiina Chizuru, a prim and proper honor student who does her best to make sure everyone abides by the school rules even if this causes some less rule-abiding people to resent her. She has a crush on Tsukino, a handsome male teacher who has a similar honest, rule-abiding nature. The other character is Tamura, a corrupt middle-aged teacher who is secretly embezzling money. Tamura is in a difficult situation because he has yet to cough up the money that is supposed to be used for a school field trip and he's running out of time to get the money. Tamura considers framing Tsukino for his own embezzlement, but when Chizuru stumbles upon Tamura who's right about to put his checkbook in Tsukino's table, he improvises a change of plan. He claims that he has evidence that Tsukino is embezzling funds from the school, which puts Chizuru in a dilemma. She wants to abide by the rules, but she harbors feelings for Tsukino and feels a desire to protect him. Sensing Chizuru's feelings for Tsukino, Tamura resorts to blackmail. Tamura won't 'expose' Tsukino for embezzling but in exchange Chizuru will have to satisfy all of his sexual desires. . .
