Described as a young Ukrainian man and regarded as a boy by his former partner, the Barkeep of the Chasm, he was considered a top sniper and wielded a PTRS-41 anti-tank rifle. It was this rifle with which he was forced to kill his Commander, and crippled his partner during his attempt to desert amidst the grief of his lover's death. Haunted in perhaps a literal sense, Kacper hallucinates and interacts with some impression of his lover via an unknown technology à la Cyberpunk's Johnny Silverhand, and describes her as white haired and with 'eyes like rain'. This has led to speculation of a connection between her and Marie_(Peripeteia). Notably, his gas mask seems to resemble a British S10 rather than more typical soviet models.
