Iskander wields the well-worn Sword of Stalingrad with a psychotic vigor and an ornate double-barreled sawn-off, and charges into battle cackling with these relics of the Soviet Union in each hand. Regarded as a bloodthirsty bonapartist by the Second Union's Kommissars, Iskander is said to have murdered the rest of his bloodline and calls himself the 'last vestige'. Pursuing power and authority, he is an extremist that threatens to bring about a revolution against the revolutionaries, and it's said that he ultimately seeks to march on the ruins of Moscow and the bunkers commanding the Second Union overall.
