Like almost every demon in the Shin_Megami_Tensei series, Eisheth is based on the Judeo-Christian demon of the same name. She is described as a princess of the qlippoth. The qlippoth are the manifestations of darkness and evil with Eisheth as their head. She is also described a wife of Samael. In SMT V:V, Eisheth is very different from the other Qadištu as she focuses on physical attacks. Every skill that she learns naturally are either physical skills or passively buff physical skills. Her signature skill, Voracious Salvation, is a heavy-hitting physical skill that heals herself. Because of her reliance on physical skill, though, Eisheth does not use magic skills well. This also makes Eisheth the least viable member of the Qadištu in a playthrough. Eisheth is by far the most unnerving member of the Qadištu because of her design and personality. From her design, Eisheth is the only Qadištu member to have eyes with no_pupils. Her soulless eyes are milky white like the rest of her body and create a stark contrast from her dark face. She sports equally dark claws on her hands and feet, befitting her physical prowess. Eisheth's personality complements a relatively creepy design by making her unhinged. Eisheth asked several high school students what they hated most about themselves. When they answered with something like their teeth or legs, she mutilated them in that exact location, even eating someone's eyes. Eisheth claims that this gives them "salvation", reflecting her signature skill's name. She does not have a secondary idle animation either as other demons do, instead periodically twitching her mouth, eyes, and hands.
