She is a new transfer student to Jouin High School by way of Saint Marina's Academy, an institution that cultivates magical talent in youth. Yoko was one such talent, but her teachers were so unnerved by her abilities that they sent her on missions hoping she would die, only for her to always return. Yoko has short_hair and grey_eyes while usually seen wearing her Saint Marina's Academy uniform. Yoko is a smart young woman, who knows much about the world and the forces that influence it. As such, she is pessimistic at times. One example is how she regards cars as a great invention for humanity but hates them because of the damage they cause through car accidents. Her pessimism stems from her distaste towards YHVH and his angelic followers. She believes that one's actions should not be left up to fate or for anyone to decide an action wholly for another. A person must have the willpower to decide what they want for themselves and no one else. Hiromine Yoko is colloquially known as an "Atlus Girl", a newly introduced female character in an Atlus definitive version of a game.
