Their small stature could be established against a humongous environment, or with normal sized characters. If you can distinguish the gender of the small person, tag them as minigirl or miniboy. Non-living dolls aren't considered minipeople. For a ordinary sized character and a miniperson in the same image, use size_difference. If the larger character is holding the miniperson, use holding_mini_person or in_palm.
