It is usually the final stage and natural objective of sexual stimulation, and an essential component of natural conception. In rare cases ejaculation occurs because of prostatic disease. Ejaculation may also occur spontaneously while sleeping (a nocturnal emission or "wet_dream"). This tag is used in tandem with the multiple "cum" tags when an image depicts a penis (from a male or futanari) in the process of shooting out semen. This tag works with images that contain: 1). Just about any gif|GIF where the male cums during the course of the loop. 2). Images where cum from the penis(s) is still in the air. 3). Images where cum hasn't settled/still erupting(fellatio/cum_inside images) 4).
