She is a minor character from Resident Evil Revelations. She is an agent sent with Raymond Vester to investigate the ship Queen Zenobia prior to Jill and Parker's arrival. She is more or less killed by an Ooze with Jill witnessing her demise, but it's too late for Jill to do anything about it. Unfortunately for Jill and Parker, Rachel is turned into an undead monster that regularly attacks them while they're stuck on the Queen Zenobia. Despite her limited screen time, she became one of the more popular characters introduced in Revelations. The Ninja Gaiden character is tagged as rachel.
