He appears in the third Jojo arc Stardust Crusaders and is a playable fighter in the Capcom fighting game. He is Dio's most fanatically loyal minion in that arc, a trait he demonstrates when he decapitates himself in order to supply Dio with blood. Dio revives him and Vanilla Ice is sent to stop Jotaro and co. His Stand is Cream, which works like a void that he can hide in, and also use to destroy anything he touches while in the void. He also seems to be physically invulnerable, shrugging off numerous devastating wounds.
