She is a frail and extremely shy teen girl who is in love with Sawamura Seiji, but she has never been able to tell him so. She wishes desperately to be with him and ends up getting her wish when she replaces Seiji's right hand, but this comes at the cost of her real body falling into a coma. She regains consciousness a few time but her real self does not remember anything that happens when she is Seiji's right hand. In contrast to her regular personality, hand Midori is much more energetic, openly declaring her love for Seiji and even wearing a T shirt with the words I <3 Seiji written on it. She also seems to be quite strong in her hand form and can even drag Seiji's body around. Seiji rejects her love confession, but Midori does not give up her pursuit of him and she assists him throughout the various misadventures the two are involved in. Although she can get jealous of other girls, Midori is a kind girl by nature who has no hatred towards any of her romantic rivals. She is voiced by Nakahara Mai.
