He is a thief who wears a bowler hat that can be used as a weapon thanks to its razor edges. Jonathan Joestar earns his respect after a fight with him and the two of them become close friends. Although Robert is capable of fighting, the enemies Jonathan is forced to face are both supernatural and grow increasingly powerful as the story goes on. Robert knows that unlike Jonathan he is not a master of the Ripple technique and thus can't win in a straight fight against the villains, so he decides to help out by acting as a distraction. He is name is a reference to REO Speedwagon. He is voiced by Ueda_Youji TV series and Onosaka_Masaya (video game).
