Now Viewing: precia_testarossaTag type: Character The main villain of the first season of Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha. She is a busty and purple haired sorceress and the 'mother' of Fate Testarossa. She is an extremely cruel and abusive in her treatment of Fate and often viciously whips her whenever Fate does not perform well enough for her. She wants Fate to get the Jewel Seeds and Fate complies to Precia's wishes because no matter how cruelly Precia treats Fate, she wants Precia to love her. Fate's familiar Arf is very sympathetic to her plight and hates Precia for her treatment of Fate, but Fate insists that Precia was a kind woman and she believes that if she successfully retrieves the Jewel Seeds, Precia would go back to being the kind woman she once was. She is also an extremely powerful mage and is still a major threat to the heroes even though she spends the season suffering from an illness. The movie adaptation of the first season of the series notably expands on her character and elaborates on her backstory, showing more clearly how she came to become the villain she is in the first season.
