Her name is never given and she is always referred to as Iinchou (Class President). She is a friendly but shy girl with feelings towards Nagasumi. She is actually quite beautiful when she lets her hair down and removes her glasses. The change is so striking that Nagasumi does not recognize her at all when he sees her in this form. Iinchou is so near sighted that she needs her glasses which is why she does not appear as often in this form. She is voiced by Rikimaru_Noriko.
