The 'Kupaa' sound effect is used as a tag for pussy spreading and similar on Pixiv. "Innocent pussy spreading" comes from reading it as 健々 (lit. "healthy") くぱぁ, 健全 frequently being used to mean all-ages/non-pornographic. That said, "hop hop kupaa" obviously works fine.
