Mjmabile I agree, I thought she had a necromorph claw in the thumbnail. The dude jabbing the door CLOSE button, makes me think there's a story here. Like she's the secretary from hell.

Actually, I think there IS a lobby. Take a look at the background, it looks like fogged-up glass with raindrops splattered on it.

I'd assume that she came into the lobby from a door that we can't see.
