It's because whoever tagged these pics is retarded and counts futas as "boys". I'd correct the tags but apparently they're locked or I don't have access.

I forgot to mention in my previous comment about the screwed up tags is that the long blonde haired girl is a futa and the short blonde haired character is a shota/trap. Again, those tags are not present because whoever posted this is retarded and doesn't know crap about Agawa Ryou's other artwork.

Personally, I'd agree with the futa tag, but as there's no penis shown in this image, you can't really assume there are any boys except by what we know from the artist. That said, artist claims the yellow eyed one is male. Why he has breasts is a different matter, but two of these characters are labeled male, so 2boys is appropriate.
