As silly as it sounds, she looks particularly paper-like.
Reminds me from an episode from that old Jackie Chan cartoon series when a criminal could basically turn his whole body paper thin and fold.
Wouldn't be surprised if both that and this particularly entry to the big book of monster sex-addicts were based around the same old myth/being.
