Hold on a sec, why does an oviparous species is producing milk?

^ Because they have breasts, presumably

Clearly Zora are not regular fish or amphibians. They wouldn't be the only species that developed "breast feeding" while not being a mammal. Pigeons being an example of a bird that produces milk as well as a Discus fish for a fishy example.
The method of breast feeding is odd though. Why two breasts (if not just for fanservice) if you lay many eggs? Normally the number of nipples is greater than the average number of offspring so that the mother can feed them all. By having two nipples and 12 eggs (that we can see on screen) the Zoras are producing more offspring than they can possibly take care of. If we looked at this not as a fictional character but as a real organism it would be more practical for Zoras to have 1 child like humans or have one breast with many nipples like dogs and cats.
But this is porn so....

The Zora life cycle may be like actual fish, where they produce a lot of young but most of them die off due to predators and other factors. The young, child like Zora we see may simply be the ones who made it.
