I think that now that they can't downvote spam, most of the trolls who would go after his art have lost interest. Personally I think he is one of the better 3D artists involved in this sort of thing out there.

basically we stopped caring cause it was basically complaining about the same thing over and over. The world knows we think it's shit, why scream to high heavy when it's already said. Besides it's not like Guro fans complain when something isn't guro...
