Well, might as well say that then already too that don't even bother to commission this artist if you see him/her somewhere in pixiv, cause in some cases I think he/she will just steal your money and then just doesn't even do the commission.

Well, that's a one really dickish artist then. Are you sure he/she isn't just so busy maybe and isn't in a hurry and it's your friend who hasn't been patient enough.
