Because they legally have to censor genitalia. It's a legitimate law.

Fun fact, though: That's where tentacle porn came from. When it was straight-up illegal to show penises, artists got around the law by using things that weren't technically penises and so weren't against the law. Tentacles became a popular substitute.

IDK what are you even complaining about, this censoring is nowhere as bad as every eroanime nowadays.

In fact, I wish every eroanime had this kind of soft censorship. It's the closest thing to uncensored.

Here's the thing though: We're not in Japan. Technically we're not even in the USA, though these censorship weeaboos by majority are. This is the Internet. No one's going to arrest them for drawing a dick without pixellating it. No one is even really going to know they they drew a dick and a vag without the censor. They're being stupid, but that goes without saying seeing as the majority of them are weeaboos that draw this stuff are going to do it like they think the culture they're appropriating does.
