The XY Ash has smaller birthmarks on his cheeks. I think that's actually why he looks 'older' (not that he is, though).

Ash looks the same as the rest of his group in SM.

Kiawe and Sophocles have different facial scructure's, but Ash's face is the same Lillie, Mallow, and Lana's.
