This tag should only apply if the girl depicted has traits that would match them to the loli tag, aka featuring a generally child-like physique and lack of curves(flat waist-to-hip ratio, thin thighs, more rectangular torso) with the addition of enlarged breasts. An example showing the difference between such proportions can be seen in this post: post #7890098 It should not be used alongside the shortstack tag when describing a single character, as these two tags are used to describe very different things. Please refrain from using these two tags together as it proliferates confusion about the differences between the two. It does not apply when a short character is depicted with more mature-leaning curves, this would instead class them as a shortstack unless they are actually underage. It does not apply if a flat-chested character is drawn with a normal set of breasts, or as an adult. They have to be unusually large. It does not apply to "adolescent" body types as described in the wiki entry for the loli tag.
