Itsuki typically wears a white male school uniform Her magical girl form is Cure Sunshine Itsuki is immensely popular amongst the female populace, Tsubomi included, who are attracted to Itsuki's cool demeanor. Although Itsuki wears a male uniform, everyone in school except Tsubomi knows that Itsuki is actually a girl though this does not stop the female students' adulation of Itsuki. People who don't know Itsuki well tend to assume that she is a handsome boy. Itsuki acts like a boy because she wants to continue the tradition of the son inheriting the Myoudounin martial arts techniques. She decided to replace her older brother Satsuki in this role because Satsuki is too fragile health-wise to be a martial artist. Despite presenting herself as if she were a male, Itsuki feels conflicted over her role. On one hand, she wants to be a serious martial artist and feels the need to uphold her family's tradition which she believes can only be accomplished if she acts as a male. On the other hand, Itsuki adores many classically feminine things like stuffed animals and fashion and tries to restrain herself from saying "So cute!" whenever she sees a stuffed animal or some clothing she likes. Over time, others help her realize that she can be a serious martial artist and a feminine girl at the same time. She is voiced by Kuwashima_Houko.
