The anime was directed by Nanba Hitoshi, written by Shimizu Megumi, and scored by Yokoyama Masaru. The anime ran from January 5, 2023 to March 30, 2023. It tells the story of Aizawa Tomo and Kubota Junichirou, two high school students who have been best friends since childhood. There's only one problem in their near brotherly relationship. Tomo has been in love with Junichirou for a long time, but thanks to her tomboyish personality, he only sees her as one of the boys, and not even a direct romantic confession from the former is enough to sway this perception. The story follows Tomo's quest to win Junichirou's affections and get him to finally see her as a girl. The series won the Next Manga Award in the web manga category in 2016.
