If you want to know more about them, here's the image description on gammatelier:
Middle: "Geez, you should ask us before starting masturbating"

Each head is supposed to show a part of her personality: one every emotion, the side heads are extremes (here the left one is more prude while the right one is more lustful) while the middle one is an equilibirim between both heads.
