That doesn't really makes up for a pseudo legendary (and even if it wasn't one Goodra was awesome) but Noibat is pretty good too. At least he is not a Jigglypuff.

Goodra's weak to Valerie and Wulfric, so maybe(I hope) that's why they g...then there's Noibat/Noivern who's also weak against them. Either way, I'm still holding out for Goodra to return at the league.

This is also Ash's 3rd dragon type.

Hold on a sec...Ash is gonna catch ANOTHER Flying type? Damn...all he needs now is a Vivillon and he'll have every Gen 6 Flying type barring Yveltal.
