I don't dislike 3D anime altogether, but this scene emphasizes what made me drop the show. My #1 rule of 3D used with 2D stylizing is "don't take advantage of the fact that it's 3D and not 2D". This kind of camerawork diminishes the purpose of 2D stylizing, and the frames of animation appear to have some quick-tweening rather than thinking of how each frame of animation aligns to the framerate used.

Not enough to stop my erection fortunately.

CG animation was the biggest mistake they could have made with this series. It turned me away from the Golden Age OVAs, and now it's turning me away from this as well. Never mind the fact that the anime skipped TWO FREAKING ARCS just to speed up the process which Guts gets to the Holy City.

How is saying you don't like Berserk because of the art style any different from saying you don't like Ping Pong because of the art style?
